DISCOVERING YOU AND BREAKING CO-DEPENDENCE, April 11-13 Wednesday-Friday, 10a.m. to 3p.m., Jane Keohane. This class will help you discover
your individual identity and help you to recognize and change co-dependent behaviors. This class will be interactive. The class is highly recommended for
anyone in counseling or teaching who would like to strengthen their own identity and to be clear on their individual responsibilities.

LISTENING FOR SUCCESS: COMMUNICATIONS/BOUNDARIES, LITE, April 13, 14, Fri, 6 –9p.m. & Sat, 9a.m. – 4p.m., Jim Petersen & Rick Collins. This
intensive course will help you become better listeners, identify your boundaries, or lack of boundaries, and enable you to say what you mean, and mean
what you say. Highly recommended for ALL people who want to improve relationship and communication skills. Bring a friend!
