The class begins with a sugar quiz to give you an idea of how sugar may be influencing your health. You will learn more about sugar and how it influences your health. Other topics covered will include reactive hypoglycemia, insulin resistance and diabetes, the role of diet in taming one’s sweet tooth, and Nutrition Response Testing.

Emotion Regulation training includes: 1) Understanding the emotions you experience (identify emotions & understand what emotions do for you); 2) Reducing emotional vulnerability (decrease negative vulnerability & increase positive emotions); and 3) Decreasing emotional suffering (let go of painful emotions/change painful emotions).

This intensive course will help you become better listeners, identify your boundaries, or lack of boundaries, and enable you to say what you mean, and mean what you say.
