Good Samaritan Ministries requests the honor of your presence at our Annual Fall Banquet & Fundraising Gala, Beautifully Broken! Our theme this year is based on Kintsugi, which is the ancient Japanese art of using gold to fill in the cracks of broken pottery, creating pieces that are whole once more, and considered more beautiful, and valuable than the original. Throughout this formal evening, our ministry champions, corporate sponsors, and their guests will enjoy a delicious meal, local beer & wines, and passed hors d’oeuvres, have the chance to partake in a Harambee auction (meaning “Let’s Pull Together” in Swahili), hear the stories of those that have found healing at GSM, and see the impact their individual & corporate donations have made this year. We will also look ahead towards the incredible growth, and impact we plan to see in the coming months, and beyond! About Good Samaritan Ministries Annual Fall Banquet and Fundraising Gala
Our Fall Banquet is our biggest fundraiser of the year, outside of our end-of-year giving campaign, and provides an opportunity for our current supporters and donors to give, while attracting new corporate and individual donors who are passionate about improving spiritual, mental, and physical health outcomes in our community.
With a fundraising goal of $100,000, proceeds from Beautifully Broken support day-to-day operations, program expansion, and facility/software upgrades at our Beaverton headquarters so that we may continue serving the needs of the most vulnerable among us!
